My 2025 Notion Planner Setup: A Tour of “The Life Hub”
Finally, it’s here—my 2025 Notion planner setup is live, and I’m so excited to show it to you. It’s clean, aesthetic, and packed with purposeful functionality—without overwhelming features. No cluttered databases or confusing navigation—just a streamlined system that keeps you organized and aligned with your goals.
I’ve been using this planner for the past year, and it’s been my go‑to system for focused planning. Today I’ll walk you through the entire setup—and share a link to download it. Let’s dive in!
The heart of the system is the Life Hub, your central dashboard. It leads to the five core pages that drive this planner:
2025 Visions – your yearly goals & vision board
Monthly Dashboards – personalized setup for each month
Experience Log – daily mood & experience tracking
Dream Hub – back-end for the “Dream Menu” system
Journal – your reflection space
Below those, you’ll find a directory of supporting pages, like a content dashboard, or additional dashboards you might want to access regularly. The homepage is purposefully minimalistic—so it feels inviting to open each day.
2025 Visions: Your Roadmap
This page is your official goals document—a beautifully designed, simple text layout. It lists your top annual goals and secondary objectives in a clear, readable format. There’s also space for a vision board image if you have one.
Below that, the goals are broken into quarters, helping you see how and when you’ll work on each throughout the year. You then assign each quarterly goal to specific months, embedding key events or realistic constraints to help you stay grounded and intentional.
This becomes your year-at-a-glance roadmap—reviewed quarterly and updated monthly to stay on track or shift plans when needed.
Monthly Dashboards: Your Daily Command Center
You get a unique dashboard for each month of 2025—plus blank templates in four different styles so you can customize what fits you best.
Each dashboard includes:
Your monthly goals
Inspirational quotes or affirmations
A weekly planning section
Daily to-do checklists
A simple habit tracker (daily or weekly)
You keep this page open daily. As the month progresses, you move tasks from monthly planning into your daily checklists. Plus, a button prompts you to open a new weekly to-do list or fresh morning journal—creating a tidy archive of past weeks.
Optional Goal Approach #2: The “Dream Menu” System
Your flexible, intuitive planning alternative. Inside select monthly dashboards you’ll find the Dream Menu, built from data in the Dream Hub.
Here’s how it works:
Choose a handful of goals or “dreams” from your Dream Hub database.
Each dream maps to multiple related actions (i.e. possible tasks).
You mark actions as Inspired, Active, or Completed, triggering progress.
Every week, you open the Dream Menu and choose tasks you’re most drawn to—you work on what feels exciting, not what’s forced. A filtered view shows only inspired items so you focus on what you actually feel like doing right now. It’s goal progress that respects rhythm, mood, and flow.
I love blending structured planning with intuitive momentum—and this template supports both beautifully.
Dream Hub: The Backend
This is where all the magic is set up. The Vision page lists all annual goals; the Dream Hub houses two linked databases—one for goals and one for related actions. When you choose which goals to show in your monthly Dream Menu, it’s all handled here. It’s flexible—you don’t need to import every goal—just the ones you want to actively work on during a specific timeframe.
What’s Next?
There are two more key pages in the full system, which I’ll explain in Part 2:
Experience Log – track mood, energy, life experiences
Journal – morning prompts, reflections, manifesting
